Exchange & Return Policy

All products in your order go into production as soon as the order is received. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
If the item is damaged, defected, does not fit or the wrong item we will exchange the item provided the following conditions have been met:

  1. Items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of purchase with original receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased (with labels/tags attached) Garments must not be worn or washed.
  3. If the item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our obligation and provide a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. For faulty or wrong items sent we will email you a free shipping label to return the item once proof has been accepted by us that it is our mistake. The process can easily be accomplished by sending photos of the problem by email.
  4. Unfortunately we cannot exchange any items that have been worn and are without tags or labels. All items must be returned in original condition.
  5. Please check size chart carefully as instructed. We will not refund if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size, but will provide you with an exchange for the same value. (Customer is responsible for all related freight charges).
  6. If you need to change any sizes, you could return the items by currier method of your choice. Once we receive the item, in its original condition, we will replace the item in the size you request at no additional cost. However, you will be notified of any additional charge of shipping back to you at this time.
